This engine will make this V8 Vantage-based supercar run from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 s and reach a top speed of 305 km/h. It is not as eye sparkling as the 350 km/h Aston Martin One-77 will be able to reach, but at least the V12 Vantage will be much cheaper, what does not mean it will not be exclusive. Only 1,000 V12 Vantage will ever be built.
Besides the bigger engine, the V12 Vantage also uses carbon fibre and Kevlar parts in order to save weight. Only the seats save up to 17 kg per car. Alcantara is also applied through out the car in order to have a lighter vehicle. All V12 Vantages will come out of Aston Martin headquarters, in Gaydon, Warwickshire, United Kingdom.
