Opel Insignia will get its station wagon version, the Sports Tourer, in Paris

The Opel Vectra replacement, named Insignia, has just been presented at the British Auto Show, last month, and it already has its station wagon version prepared. Called Sports Tourer, the new vehicle will be presented at the Paris Motor Show:



With a generous wheelbase of 2.74 m, similar to the sedan's, the Sports Tourer also has a big luggage compartment, with 540 l. Besides the engines that are already offered for Insignia, the station wagon will also have a downsized gasoline turbo powerplant and a new turbodiesel, but Opel did not disclose their technical specs. They will surely be saved for the official presentation, in October. Meanwhile, you can at least admire the elegant lines of the new vehicle. Enjoy them!
