Veritas RS III will have its official debut at London Salon Privé

Some of you may remember we have already presented the Veritas RS III, a supercar aimed solely at being fast (and gorgeous). There is no other seat than the driver's and the whole car has been designed to make its only passenger to feel at home in a road or in a race track. After a short period of wait, the official presentation of the car has already been scheduled. It will happen from June 22 up to June 24 at London Salon Privé, a highly exclusive event where they make sure visitors are also able to buy the exposed cars. Otherwise, the only reasonable explanation for a 125 pound one-day ticket is that they are in desperate need of money.

Produced by Vermot AG, the RS III is 4.99 m long, 0.97 m high and 1.97 m wide, with a wheelbase of 2.84 m wheelbase, necessary to have enough room for the mid 5-litre V10 engine. It is the same one used by BMW M5, but, instead of 507 bhp, it pumps out 600 bhp. The car weighs 1,170 kg and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in about 3 s and reach a top speed of 320 km/h. Only 50 people will be able to own this car, at a cost of 320,000 euros each. Since this will become a collectors' piece, more people will eventually have the chance to buy it, but certainly at a much higher cost.
